Once you have finished selecting products, click on the 'Continue” button to complete the order. Please note that your order will need to be authorised by HL Automotive before it will be processed. The order process consists of the following 4 steps in which you will be asked to confirm your details.

Select the correct delivery address and the email address for communications.

If you have any delivery requirements, enter them in the “Clients Notes” box.

Click on the Next Step button to proceed

Step 3 - Confirm Your Order

The details of your order will be displayed. Please check them carefully and use the “Return to Previous Step” button if you need to make any corrections.

You may print your order by clicking the “print order “ button

When you have checked your order is correct, click on the “Submit Order” button.

Step 4 - Your order will be forwarded to HL Automotive

You will be sent an automated email confirming receipt of the order request and showing the order details.

The HL Automotive sales team will get back to you within 1 working days to confirm whether it has been authorised and to advise on a delivery date.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days, subject to permits being available.

The EUR price include Dutch VAT (currently 19%) that will be charged to all purchases within the European Union. Companies within the EU (but outside of the Netherlands) with an EC-VAT number can sent us an email (info [at] hlautomotive <dot> com) after purchase with this number, plus the company registered postal address (No P.O. boxes), to have the VAT removed from the end price (don't forget to put your order ID# in the subject line of your email). All goods remain the property of HL Automotive until paid for in full.

Shipping

Orders are shipped as soon as we have received your full paymentt. We ship all orders using DHL. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
